LEGAL NOTICE

2023 TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions set out below apply to all Longines Global Champions Tour, Global Champions League and/or Tops International Arena events and apply to spectators at the "events" and venue listed on the ticket. 

 

The holder of such a ticket must, by the purchase or use of the ticket, be (deemed to have been) informed of these terms and conditions and to have accepted them, which is necessary to complete the ordering process.

I. DEFINITIONS: 

has. Events: Events/Competitions organized by Global Champions Tour BV and/or by third parties, on behalf of the Global Champions organization indicated on the ticket; 

 

b. Global Champions: the organizer of the events. 

Global Champions is a trading name of the legal person Global Champions Tour BV Maastrichterweg 249, 5556 VB Valkenseaard, The Netherlands; 

 

vs. Venue: the location of the Event/Competition covering the playing field, pits, shopping village, and all surrounding areas; 

 

d. Authorized person: the police, the medal service, the steward, the security guard, the volunteer, the employee or any other person designated as such by Global Champions; 

 

e. Restricted area: any area of the site which has not been explicitly designated as a public area for spectators and/or which is only accessible to persons with the necessary authorizations and accreditations; 

II - REIMBURSEMENTS 

1. It is expressly noted that tickets for applicable "events" are sold and purchased without any right of refund. Likewise, if any of the "Events" cannot be organized or completed due to weather conditions, pandemics or any other cause. 

III- CONDITIONS

1. Global Champions reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to change the time, date and/or venue of any event and/or competition and/or to replace a seat or area shown on the ticket with a other similar position. 

 

2. All tickets are offered and sold subject to applicable Dutch (local authority) laws and regulations and in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

 

Anyone entering the site is subject to these rules. Global Champions reserves the right to confiscate or invalidate any ticket held by anyone violating these rules. 

 

3. Global Champions may refuse admission or expel from the site any person who, in its reasonable opinion: 

has. does not present a valid ticket on request; 

b. has violated any of the applicable rules; 

vs. fails to comply with the instructions of any authorized person, 

d. enters a restricted area of the site 

e. is in possession of a prohibited item.

f. any other reason acceptable to Global Champions to remove that person from the premises and/or deny entry.

4. Anyone purchasing or using a ticket and/or entering the site accepts: 

 

has. refrain from any conduct (whether by language, gesture or otherwise) that is likely to offend, insult, humiliate, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify any other person (including including players, match officials or spectators) on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, culture, color, ancestry, national origin or ethnic.

 

b. not to sell, license or publish in any way, broadcast or reproduce for any commercial purpose, including (without limitation) for any commercial reproduction and distribution, in whole or in part, any recording taken or made on the site (including without limitation photographs, video or sound recordings, sketches, paintings) without the prior written consent of Global Champions; the making of such an image for any of the aforementioned commercial purposes is also prohibited without the prior written consent of Global Champions. 

 

vs. not to use a ticket for commercial or hospitality purposes by any person or company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the holder of such a ticket shall not, as part of a hospitality package or for any other reason, sell, advertise or otherwise offer to selling, or using as a prize in a contest, the seat(s) allocated to that person without the written permission of Global Champions. 

 

d. do not resell a ticket for an event / competition at a higher price; 

 

e. not broadcast or retransmit by any means (including, but not limited to, through a mobile phone or any other device) images, sounds, data, results or comments regarding matches or other activities on the site without the prior written consent of Global Champions; 

f. do not do any of the following: 

 

i. public nudity or indecency; 

ii. excessive noise or any interference with the event/competition or any other activity on the event;

iii. throw any object likely to cause damage or inconvenience to persons or property and/or horses in the arena/on the site.

iv. obstruct any walkway, driveway, exit, entrance or stairway; 

v. stand on seats, climb roofs, walls, fences, stands, light poles, trees or any other structure or construction on site;

vi. to obstruct the view of other spectators

vii. wear or otherwise display commercial, political, religious, or offensive signs or logos, or engage in ambush marketing in any way;

viii. sell goods or services on the site or in its immediate vicinity; 

ix. distribute political, religious, advertising or promotional material ; 

x. introduce into the site flags, banners, horns, rattles, fireworks or other items likely to disturb other spectators; these items may be confiscated at the entrance to the site. 

xi. enter a restricted area at any time, unless expressly authorized. Without prejudice to any other sanction, anyone entering the arenas/ground without permission will be fined 1000 euros; 

xii. to use any radio device, unless it is associated with a headset; 

5. Each ticket holder is individually responsible for their own property brought to and into the venue. There will be no storage facilities on site. Cricket Netherlands accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to such goods. 

IV - OTHER TICKET AGREEMENTS

1. As stated above in 2.1, there will be no refunds (right to a refund) if the event/competition is cancelled, postponed or restricted due to conditions adverse weather, pandemics or any other reason. 

 

2. If an event/competition is rescheduled to another date or venue, the original ticket will not be valid for the rescheduled date, despite communication from Global Champions.

 

3. Global Champions nor anyone else shall be liable for any costs, expenses or losses associated with the rescheduling, postponement or cancellation of any event/competition (including, without limitation, any loss indirect and/or consequential, such as travel or accommodation costs). 

 

4. No refunds will be made if the ticket holder is refused entry or expelled from the venue due to a violation of the rules. 

 

5. Global Champions will not accept tickets back for exchange or resale. However, if, due to exceptional circumstances, an Applicant or Ticket Holder needs to return one or more Tickets, Global Champions may contact you to resolve that specific issue. Where a client wishes to make use of this arrangement, we explicitly ask you to explain your situation via email, after which Global Champions will assess the situation.

 

6. Global Champions is not responsible for any charges imposed on a ticket holder by a third party.

1. PRESENTATION OF THE SITE.

Under Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the site are informed of the identity of the various stakeholders in the context of its creation and its follow up :

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED.

Use of the   site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the site are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.

This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption due to technical maintenance may however be decided by Paris Eiffel Jumping, which will then endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The site is updated regularly by Paris Eiffel Jumping. In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they nevertheless impose themselves on the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to become acquainted with them.

 
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED.

The purpose of the site is to provide information concerning all of the company's activities.

Paris Eiffel Jumping strives to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether by itself or by the third party partners who provide it with this information.

All the information indicated on the site is given as an indication, and is likely to evolve. Furthermore, the information on the site is not exhaustive. They are given subject to modifications having been made since they were put online.

 

4. CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS ON TECHNICAL DATA.

The site uses Wix technology.

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INFRINGEMENTS.

Paris Eiffel Jumping is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use for all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of: Paris Eiffel Jumping.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

Paris Eiffel Jumping cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment, when accessing the site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, either the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

Paris Eiffel Jumping cannot also be held liable for consequential damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the site.

7. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA.

In France, personal data is notably protected by law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, the Internet protocol address ( IP) of the user.

In any case, Paris Eiffel Jumping only collects personal information relating to the user for the needs of certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he enters it himself. It is then specified to the user of the site the obligation or not to provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, all users have a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data. concerning him, by making his written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the answer must be sent.

No personal information of the user of the site   is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only the assumption of redemption of Paris Eiffel Jumping and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to store and modify data vis-à-vis the user of the site.

The site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information. 

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION.

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.

9. PRINCIPAL RELEVANT LAWS.

Law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, notably modified by law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

10. GLOSSARY.

User: Internet user connecting, using the aforementioned site.

Personal information: “information which allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies” (article 4 of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978).
