ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC

INTERNSHIP AVAILABLE LONGINES GLOBAL CHAMPIONS TOUR - LONGINES PARIS EIFFEL JUMPING 2024
Position in the Operational Marketing and Consumer Operations department
Duration: 6 months
Date: February to July 2024
Internship location: Château Bacon in Saint-Vincent de Paul (33440) + last 2 weeks of June in Paris on the event site
Full-time internship + travel to event
Under the responsibility of your internship supervisor, you contribute to the organization of the LGCT-LPEJ 2024 event within the Operational Marketing and Consumer Operations department.

In this capacity, you participate in the following activities:
Participation in the organization of the Eiffel Route:
Monitoring of the general organization: logistics, rider registrations, communication, partners
Monitoring of the partnership with the Ile-de-France region
Monitoring of different service providers
Participation in the organization of “Pony at School”
Approaching schools and following up with teachers
Coordination of the schedule with our service provider for the arrival of the pony in the schools
Coordination of planning during the LPEJ
Participation in the management of the horse's well-being area:
Proposal of the various interventions and activities within the wellness area and monitoring of these activities
Approaching stakeholders
Looking for partners
Management of the various interventions during the LPEJ
Managing speakers during the event
Participation in the implementation of CSR actions within the village
Participation in the management of Tribune guest listings
Participation in the management of village and children's village activities, shows for the general public and exhibitors
Participation in setting up the LPEJ stand
Operational participation and on-site production (decoration, signage, exhibitions, table plans, various activations)
You will be required to follow up on your files with your tutor before and during the event.
Profile :
You are currently a student in higher education at BAC+ 3/4/5 level in a Business School or equivalent. You are comfortable with both office automation and customer relations in person and by telephone in French or English.
You are curious, you really want to learn and discover a major event with dynamism and motivation!
You have great rigor.
You have team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
You are structured, organized and autonomous.
You demonstrate responsiveness, efficiency and versatility.
You hate spelling mistakes too!
You are comfortable using computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A very good command of English is essential, both written and spoken.
You want to acquire skills, develop your knowledge in the sports, luxury, events sector. You know the world of sports events, horse riding and tourism.
