INSTAGRAM CONTEST RULES – LPEJ2022

 

Article 1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

Couperie Eiffel Consulting, whose head office is located at 16 avenue Avenue Junot, 75008 Paris, is organizing from Sunday May 8, 2022 (8 p.m.) to Sunday May 22, 2022 (8 p.m.) inclusive under the conditions defined below, a free and without obligation to purchase (hereinafter the "Game") from the Instagram account of the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping and the account of Alexis Lavrov.

 Article 2. PARTICIPANTS

The Game is open to any natural person over the age of 16 (with parental consent), with Internet access residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica), excluding employees and staff of Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping and their respective families, having participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the LGCT-LPEJ (hereinafter “Participant(s)”).
 

Article 3. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

From Sunday May 8 (8 p.m.) to Sunday May 22, 2022 (6 p.m.). 

To participate on Instagram and be eligible for the draw, they must:

  Subscribe to the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping and Alexis Lavrov account, or be already subscribed to these .

·       Mention in comment of the contest post the Instagram account of three friends/relatives.

      And share the contest as a story by tagging the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping and Alexis Lavrov account

Article 4. DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The list of participants eligible for the prizes put into play will be defined from participants who have complied with the conditions of participation defined in these rules (subscription to the Instagram account of Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping and Alexis Lavrov + mention of the Instagram account of three friends in comment on the contest post + share the contest in story by mentioning the account of the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping and Alexis Lavrov). 

2 winners among all the eligible participants will be chosen by draw on Sunday May 22, 2022 and will be contacted by private message via the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping Instagram account.

The draw will take place twice:

      Designation of the 1st entrant to win the prize.

      Designation of the 2nd entrant to win the prize.

Article 5. DELIVERY OF GIFTS

The winners of the draw will be informed by private message on Instagram, no later than Monday, May 23, 2022 (6 p.m.) inclusive.

Each winner must imperatively respond within 48 hours after being informed by private message and must indicate their postal address to which their prize will be sent.

ARTICLE 6. PRIZE

The contest has the following prizes:

      Lot 1: 2 places for the LGCT-LPEJ on Sunday June 26, 2022, and a t-shirt bag LPEJ 2022, 1 meeting with Alexis Lavrov, 1 recognition CSI 5* Grand Prix Eiffel Challenge with Alexis Lavrov

      Lot 2: 2 tickets for the LGCT-LPEJ on Sunday June 26, 2022, and a t-shirt bag LPEJ 2022, 1 meeting with Alexis Lavrov, 1 recognition CSI 5* Grand Prix Eiffel Challenge with Alexis Lavrov 

The company organizing this competition reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before handing over their prize. The prize may under no circumstances be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prize by the winner.

Article 7. COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS

In the event of proven fraud or attempted fraud on the part of a Participant, the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping reserves the right not to award him the Gift.
 

Article 8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Any processing of personal information communicated in the context of participation is carried out under the responsibility of the French company, Couperie Eiffel Consulting. The personal data collected during participation (first name, last name, postal address, email address) is necessary for the awarding of Prizes. They may be used by Couperie Eiffel Consulting to inform Participants of the terms and conditions for delivering the Gift.

On your data, you have a right of access, rectification or erasure, updating, limitation, a right to portability, a right to give instructions on the fate of your personal data after your death, the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data for commercial prospecting purposes, without reason and free of charge, a right to withdraw your consent to participate in the Promotional Operation at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent made prior to such withdrawal.

However, this withdrawal is likely to cause you to lose the right to participate in the Operation or to receive your prize, insofar as this processing is based exclusively on the consent of the participant.

Article 9. DISPUTES
These rules are subject to French law. Any practical difficulty in the application or interpretation of these rules, in the absence of an amicable agreement, will be submitted to the competent courts.
