HOSPITALITY 2024

MULTI-MARKED CHEF HÉLÈNE DARROZE WILL DELIGHT THE TABLES FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR
To celebrate this 10th edition, the LONGINES GLOBAL CHAMPIONS TOUR - LONGINES PARIS EIFFEL JUMPING wanted to continue its collaboration with chef Hélène Darroze. Originally from Landes, publicized by the show Top Chef and awarded six stars for her restaurants in Paris, Provence and London, she intends to continue to share her enthusiasm through authentic and generous cuisine. This pearl of French gastronomy will therefore be present on Saturday June 22 evening and Sunday June 23 in the ephemeral restaurant, the Pavillon Eiffel.
For Coco Coupérie-Eiffel, owner of the Café de l'Homme in Paris and in charge of hospitality for the event, receiving the second most awarded woman by the red guide for three days of magic, is the opportunity to mark the spirits and to celebrate this 10th edition as special as it is exceptional.

A 2024 EDITION STILL WORN BY WOMEN
Women will once again be in the spotlight. For Hélène Darroze, recognized as “Best female chef in the world” in the annual “50 Best Restaurants of the World” ranking in 2015 and godmother of the NGO Afghanistan Libre, this third participation is obvious: “I like the idea of fairness, balance offered by this sport. I really like this world of horse riding, imbued with femininity.”
The presence of Hélène Darroze at the head of the Eiffel Pavilion is akin to an intense and joyful culinary event, like the competition not to be missed. “We will continue to cook with the same generosity and the same enthusiasm” affirms the one who seems to be eager to celebrate this 10th edition!
