From June 19 to 21, 2026, the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping will welcome an exceptional guest: Zeus, the mechanical horse from the opening ceremony of Paris 2024. A work by Atelier blam, supported by SANOFI, which has become one of the most striking and poetic images of the Olympic Games .

After dazzling the world with its spectacular appearance on the Seine, Zeus will continue its journey in the heart of Paris, opposite the Eiffel Tower, as part of the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping, an international event combining high-level sport, culture, art and the French art of living.

Facing each other on the Champ-de-Mars, two monumental works will respond to each other: the Eiffel Tower, a timeless symbol of French audacity and genius, and Zeus, the horse of the future that has become a contemporary icon .

On this Parisian land which has always echoed with the hooves of horses, from the paintings of Théodore Géricault to the greatest international riders of today, the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping celebrates more than ever the dialogue between heritage, creation and movement.

The presence of Zeus is naturally part of the DNA of the Paris Eiffel Jumping: celebrating the horse in all its forms, athlete, work of art, symbol of freedom, power and emotion.

For three days, the artwork will be located within the Village, which is free and open to the public , offering visitors a unique experience combining heritage, innovation and French excellence.

In an exceptional setting at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, this tribute to the horse will engage in dialogue with the greatest international riders gathered for one of the major stages of the world show jumping circuit.

For Virginie Coupérie-Eiffel, Founder and President of the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping :

“The horse has traversed the centuries without ever losing its emotional power. With Zeus, we rediscover this unique ability to inspire dreams, to bring people together, and to transmit values.”

For me, a descendant of Gustave Eiffel, there is something deeply moving about seeing this monumental iron work in dialogue with the Eiffel Tower, built by my great-great-grandfather.

At the foot of this monument that embodies French audacity, Zeus brings a contemporary, poetic, and universal vision of the horse and movement. Its presence at the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping will be a highlight, blending heritage, modernity, and emotion.

The Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping thus confirms its desire to offer much more than a sporting competition: a true celebration of the horse, of Paris and of French cultural influence.
